Tucker Loves Thomas

I have never met a little boy that loves trains as much as Tucker. Every week I design him a new track to play with. It's kind of funny to see how excited he is, even though we do this every week. I try to build it while he is at Preschool so that I can do the way I want to. (if you know what I mean) And then we have the same conversation, it goes like this.....

Tucker "Mom, you built me a new train track?"

me "Yeah Tucker I did,"

Tucker "Oh, THANKKKKKK YOUUUUUU MOMMY"

me "Your welcome Tucker!"

The funny thing is it is always the exact same conversation week after week!!!!

Tucker will play with his trains for hours on end. I hear him having conversations with his trains. It's really quite cute. So now people are starting to ask me what to get him for Christmas and I always say Thomas stuff. I know he has a TON of it but truly  it is all he plays with. I feel like I'm wasting my money when I buy him other things. Although he does have a thing for dinosaurs and books. We have had our Christmas books out since June, YES June!!!! He is obsessed with all thing Santa. This is going to be the most fun Christmas yet!

Look Mom No Hands

I've been practicing a new trick!!!! It is harder than you might think, when you're my size. I am pretty proud of myself and am enjoying seeing the world from a different angle! Pretty soon I'll be able to do this with no help from Mommy and Daddy! That will be a great day in the life of this little baby boy. 

Look How I've Grown

Tanner fell asleep today in his swing with his favorite blankie!!! It made me think about how many times he did that when he was a newborn. I thought you might enjoy seeing how much he's grown in his short 5 1/2 months!!!

Tanner ate peaches!!!

Tanner ate peaches today!!!! I know, I know he should start with veggies but he just wouldn't take them. He is definitely the second child, he is lucky I put clean clothes on him everyday! LOL!!! Prime example would be his bib, I know he should have one on while he's eating. Oh well I'm sure he won't be to scared by it. I was SO anal with Tucker. I had him on such a tight little schedule that we planned everything around him. Tanner just goes with the flow, as if he has a choice in the matter! Tucker had to do everything just so..... and now I have a completely OCD three year old. We'll hope for better with this one and let Tucker be our guinea pig!

Welcome to my blog

I am the luckiest mom in the whole world! Tucker tells me this everyday LOL!!! He's is getting to be so funny! 

He says,  "Mommy you are SO lucky"

And I ask him "Why am I so lucky, Tucker?"

He says, "because you have two boys, that's why Mommy!"

And I say "I AM LUCKY!!!"

And he just smiles...

I just love to see him smile! He has amazed me with what an awesome big brother he is to Tanner. I really don't think he has a jealous bone in his body when it comes to him. I really worried about him feeling neglected when I was pregnant. But, I tell him at least twenty times a day how much I love him. 

He does love to give his Daddy a hard time though. I laugh in spite of myself. Keith loves to pick on people just to get a rise out of them. And Tucker knows just how to get a rise out of his Daddy! If you know Keith it is really funny!!!

Tanner is growing so big! He was 19 lbs 6 oz at his last check up! No wonder my back hurts so bad. He has the most beautiful smile with two big dimples. I could just eat him up sometimes. He has the best disposition, he really only cries if he's tired or needs something. However, he does NOT sleep through the night yet :( I never even thought about having a baby that didn't sleep through the night, Tucker started at about 6 weeks. And also he HATES food, he gags every time I try and give him some. WEIRD!!! 

Anyways, this is my first blog ever. So we'll see how it goes..... wish me luck!
